For professional triathletes, Life Time — the Healthy Way of Life Company and Toyota are also pleased to announce the 2013 Professional Prize Programs for the Life Time Tri Series and the Toyota Triathlon Triple Crown for a combined $500,000 in prize money.
For 2013, professional triathletes will have seven nationwide Life Time Tri events to choose from to earn points toward the Life Time Tri Series Championship. Athletes can earn points at a minimum of three and up to five of the 2013 Life Time Tri Series events, including the Series Championship event, the all-new Life Time Tri Oceanside. In addition, there is the all-new Toyota Triathlon Triple Crown. An equalizer series format, the Triple Crown includes the Minneapolis, Chicago and Oceanside events.
